National Financial Literacy Program aims to impart essential financial education to Pakistanis for strengthening of their money management skills and enhance their understanding of financial matters. We are pleased to report that we successfully completed our targets by 102% in the previous year of the program, organizing a total of 107 classroom sessions and street theaters in 12 districts across Pakistan. In this, we trained over 3400 beneficiaries with 61% female participation.
In the program’s third year (FY2024-25), Telenor Microfinance Bank aims to impact over 4,000 beneficiaries through 100 classroom sessions and 20 street theaters. This initiative focuses on promoting financial literacy, particularly among the unbanked female population. To extend the outreach of these messages, numerous digital activities will be conducted.
The targeted sessions will be conducted in 14 districts across the country, including Dadu, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Jhang, Karachi South, Mirpur Khas, Muzaffarabad, Okara, Rahim Yar Khan, Shahdadpur, Sialkot, Sukkur, and Toba Tek Singh.
